This session is designed for staff who are working with people who have difficulty managing their emotions and who as a result end up engaging in self harm behaviours, suicidal ideation, and experiencing a high level of distress in their lives. It will also help staff to develop more understanding so they can assist their clients, in a practical and compassionate way, to get through their emotional roller coasters.
