At the end of the presentation, the participants will have a tool to screen for acquired brain injury; will know some of the common physical, emotional, behavioral and cognitive results of an acquired brain injury. In addition, participants will have tools to help clients manage the impact of their brain injury as well as tools to assist in maximizing interaction with someone with an acquired brain injury.  In addition, participants will learn some of the resources in the Ottawa Valley for individuals with an acquired brain injury.
