These 'Let's Talk About Grief' sessions are informal and conversational, allowing us to come together in small groups, to discuss, sort through, and ask questions about, past and present experiences, what we're going through today, and how to manage situations both personally and professionally. Many of us have experienced losses and deaths, and "Let's Talk About Grief" will provide an opportunity for open, helpful conversations, in a non-judgemental and confidential setting. These conversational sessions provide participants a supportive and confidential venue to talk about how their heavy emotions and grief experiences have been affecting them. This past year especially, all aspects of our lives have been impacted by COVID, with our personal and professional lives becoming intertwined, and these spillages oftentimes being very challenging to manage.
This pandemic has ramped up our emotions and grief expressions, in so many ways (even if unrelated to COVID), and has restricted our ability to sit with our colleagues to talk about how we are coping and feeling.
