This program is meant as an introductory workshop to start conversations in the workplace to move office culture from tolerance towards celebration. This workshop will begin with a basic overview of terms and will chart the experiences of normative and non-normative LGBTQ communities. Ending topics will include some notes on allyship and discussion, to allow participants the opportunity to action plan for their respective workplaces. CCGSD www.ccgsd-ccdgs.org
