Options Bytown successfully launched a partnership with Montfort Renaissance to research, and provide training to front line staff and implement specialized services in the two organizations to address the needs of tenants who display hoarding behaviours. The "Hoarding/Clutter and Supportive Housing Tool kit" Workshop is designed for those working in supportive and supported housing. Practical strategies and Lessons Learned from an 18 month pilot project. Jennifer Laewen is the Manager of Tenant services of Options Bytown Non-Profit Housing Corporation in Ottawa, an organization that provides housing and support services to individuals with a history of homelessness, addictions and mental illness. Joyce Lundrigan is a housing first practitioner but just prior to this role she worked in a pilot project with Options Bytown supporting people with hoarding behaviours.
