This is a two day program - you must attend both days Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behavior is a program that was developed to address the safety needs of not only the service provider but also the people that it services. This workshop will explore the nature of crisis and the essential role that front-line workers play in responding to people in critical situations. Day One is the awareness and situational information with a test, and Day Two you are on your feet all day learning physical skills to protect yourselves.
