This 3-hour interactive workshop helps reduce the fear and stigma around talking about suicide. Together, we explore how to recognize signs of struggle, ask direct but compassionate questions, and create space for open, non-judgmental conversations. Participants will also learn how to support safety planning by connecting individuals to appropriate community resources. You will leave feeling more comfortable, confident, and prepared to talk about suicide and help keep others safe.
