My Personal Resilient Toolkit

Come join in this virtual workshop to learn new skills, create dialogue, and share in community while developing your personalized “Resilience Toolkit for Thriving@Work”. This two-hour, virtual session will provide you with the tools and resources for greater understanding of relational and emotional wellbeing while helping you bolster resilience for a healthier and happier you@work.

By the end of this workshop, you will understand the signs and indicators of helpful and unhelpful stress, gain knowledge of your own nervous system response and patterns to stress and relaxation cycles while building effective stress-reduction toolkit for greater resilience.
