Ottawa’s Homelessness Point in Time (PiT) Count, is a 24-hour enumeration of a sample of people experiencing homelessness in Ottawa from Wednesday, October 27th at noon to Thursday, October 28th at noon. The Count will help Ottawa measure our local homelessness situation and provide information for programming. Amanda Rocheleau will be available for our Surveyors to Debrief on Friday at 1:00 and the Ottawa Distress Centre will be aware for our Clients.
