This is a two day program - you must attend both days Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behavior is a program that was developed to address the safety needs of not only the service provider but also the people that it services. This workshop will explore the nature of crisis and the essential role that front-line workers play in responding to people in critical situations. If you have had this training within the previous two years - you may request registration for the second day as a review.
