Operational stress, moral injury, sexual trauma and the horrors of wartime create unique challenges for veterans and the front-line service providers dedicated to assisting them recover from homelessness and improve their housing stability. This is a non-clinical introduction to the delivery of trauma-informed care and the applicability of a trauma-informed approach in homelessness and housing service programs serving veterans and their families.
