Through this RFO, the City is reallocating all funding related to Housing-based Case Management for individuals and families.

 

Responding to the priorities the City set out in its Ten-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan, this Request for Offers (RFO) represents a renewed effort to assist people staying in emergency shelters or living on the street to move to suitable housing, as well as to provide the right supports to promote housing stability and recovery, and promote community inclusion.
